Policies

Shipping & Returns

Processing, transit windows, and return eligibility for custom games, classic titles, and merch orders.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders process in 1 to 3 business days. Custom board games require design review and production, which typically takes 7 to 14 business days before shipment.

Shipping Windows

Domestic delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. International orders can take 7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs. Tracking details are sent once the order is fulfilled.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and selected speed. Promotions such as free shipping over threshold amounts may apply to eligible domestic orders.

Returns & Replacements

Non-custom merchandise may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Custom board games are final sale once approved for production, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of packaging and contents. The team will review and arrange a replacement or correction as needed.
